This was a rebooking and we were originally going for an arvo trip when I had been into the snapper the couple of months previous but with northerlies forecast we had to start early but it didn’t suit so we went with a 7am start. We got to the spot but it was pretty lumpy. It didn’t build luckily but by then a couple of them had been sick and a storm was forecast for the arvo so we shortened it to a 3/4 day from a full day and got the boys on the road just as it hit.
