Grant had booked this one in ages ago but we had been on quite a few rebookings due to the weather. At least now I had a handle on the live bait. We loaded up real quick with two bait jigs on the go once I found them. We headed off to the cobia spot. They were on straight away on my first visit of the season. We left them biting with an ice box full and everyone having caught one at least but we were only two off bagging out. We headed to my snapper spot for the dusk session but once again it just didn’t happen yet a mate 200m north got 5 nice ones plus some bust offs.
